Vynova Return & Refund Policy
At Vynova, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our Vynova 5-in-1 Hair Styler and want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your Vynova 5-in-1 Hair Styler, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

The Vynova 5-in-1 Hair Styler must be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or opened.

All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included in the return.

Proof of purchase (your order number) is required for all returns.
Return Shipping for Change of Mind:

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You may choose any shipping method you prefer.

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Refund for Change of Mind:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 72 business hours (3 business days) after inspection.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Products
Vynova complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
Reporting a Faulty/Damaged Item:

Please report any faulty or damaged products within a reasonable timeframe, ideally as soon as possible after receiving your order.

You will be required to provide photos and/or videos clearly showing the fault or damage.

Return Shipping for Faulty/Damaged Products:

If your item is deemed faulty or damaged, Vynova will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Customers returning faulty/damaged items must use Australia Post Parcel Service only; express shipping methods will not be reimbursed.
Refund/Resolution for Faulty/Damaged Products:

Once we receive and inspect the faulty/damaged item, we will process a refund or arrange for a replacement, as per your rights under ACL.

4. Our 1-Year Product Warranty
Your Vynova 5-in-1 Hair Styler comes with a comprehensive 1-year (12-month) warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty period commences from the date of delivery of your product.

This warranty is separate from and extends beyond our 30-day change-of-mind return period.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault after the 30-day change-of-mind period but within the 1-year warranty period, please contact us at

5. Important Notes

Final Sale Items: (If you ever have any): Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law. (You can add this if you plan to have such items in the future).

Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order number as proof of purchase for all return and warranty inquiries.

Damaged in Return Transit: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Please ensure your return is well-packaged.
